What we do.
Seven disciplines, one thread running through all of them: numbers you can check, delivered in the format you already work in.
- 01
Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) Preparation
Every bar, marked, measured and weighed.
A bar bending schedule is the document your site actually builds from. We prepare BBS that a bar bender can cut to and a QS can bill from: correct shape codes, correct cutting lengths with bend deductions applied, and weight summaries that reconcile against the drawing.

Rebar Shop Drawings & Detailing
Drawings the site can build from without a phone call.
We produce placing and shop drawings that resolve reinforcement before it is fabricated: bar layouts, sections, congestion at junctions, and the coordination that stops rebar arriving on site in the wrong sequence.

Quantity Take-Off Services
Measured once, traceable to the drawing.
We measure quantities from your drawings or model and hand back a take-off you can audit: every line traceable to a drawing reference, every assumption written down rather than buried inside a formula.

BOQ Preparation
A bill every bidder prices the same way.
We prepare bills of quantities that produce comparable tenders: item descriptions that say exactly what is included, correct units of measure, and a structure that maps to how the job will actually be paid.

Rate Analysis
Rates you can defend, not rates you found.
We build rates from their components — material at current landed cost, labour at realistic output, plant, wastage, overhead and margin — so each rate can be opened up and justified in a negotiation.

Rebar Auditing & Reconciliation
Find out where the steel actually went.
We reconcile the steel that was delivered against the steel the drawings called for, and account for the difference: cutting waste, over-ordering, unrecorded variation, offcuts never returned, and theft.

Construction Value Engineering
Take out cost, not capacity.
We review the reinforcement and cost strategy for savings that do not touch structural capacity: lap and coupler strategy, bar diameter rationalisation, cutting optimisation against stock lengths, and buildability changes that reduce labour without redesign.
