How we engage.
Four ways to work with us, from a single schedule to a retained cost desk. Most clients start at the first and move along as the relationship earns it.
Start small. Scale when it earns it.
- 01
Single package
One deliverable, fixed price.
A BBS for one slab, a take-off for one tender, a reconciliation for one month. The usual way clients start with us, and the right way to test a consultant before committing a programme to them.
Trialling us · A one-off deadline · Covering a resource gap
- 02
Floor-by-floor
Rolling delivery against your pour cycle.
We work to your construction sequence, issuing each floor ahead of the cycle and tracking revisions as the design develops. Optimisation found on the typical floor is applied to every floor above it.
Towers · Repeating plates · Live sites
- 03
Full project
Substructure to terrace, one appointment.
Complete detailing and quantity scope for the structure, with a single drawing register, one reconciliation baseline and one point of accountability from foundation to handover.
New builds · Design-and-build · Turnkey contracts
- 04
Retained support
A cost desk you do not have to hire.
An agreed monthly allocation across whatever is live — tender take-offs, rate analysis, monthly reconciliation, variation assessment. Effectively a quantity surveying function without the headcount.
Multiple concurrent sites · Growing contractors
Your drawings stay yours.
Which is also why this page does not carry a wall of logos. We publish an engagement only once the client has agreed to it in writing.
- Drawings and project data are never shared, resold or used as samples without written permission.
- We sign your NDA, or provide ours if you prefer.
- Client names on this site appear only where permission is on file — otherwise engagements are described anonymously.
Try us on one package.
One slab, one tender, one month’s reconciliation. Judge the work, then decide.
