High-rise towers, townships and redevelopment.
Repeating floor plates reward optimisation more than any other sector: a saving worked out once on a typical floor multiplies across every level above it. We schedule the typical cycle first, prove the saving, then roll it through the tower.

Offices, retail, hospitality and mixed use.
Long spans, post-tensioning and heavy service penetrations make coordination the dominant risk. We model reinforcement in 3D where congestion warrants it and clash-check against MEP before anything is fabricated.

Infrastructure
Bridges, metro, water and public works.
Public work carries the heaviest documentation burden: schedules of rates, measurement standards and audit trails that stand up years later. We prepare to CPWD and state PWD schedules and keep the reconciliation defensible from day one.

Industrial
Warehousing, plants and heavy foundations.
Machine foundations, deep pile caps and equipment bases concentrate a lot of steel in a small volume. Getting the congestion resolved on paper is far cheaper than discovering it when the cage will not fit round the holding-down bolts.

Data Centres
Hyperscale and colocation campuses.
Two things drive the steel on a data centre: floor loads far above a normal commercial slab, and a programme that will not move. Data halls repeat, which makes them the best optimisation target we see — get the module right once and the saving lands on every hall on the campus. Get it wrong and it does the same.
