Where a drawing is silent, we make a call and record it in an assumptions register. Nothing is buried inside a spreadsheet formula for someone to discover in month nine.
A date before we start
You get a firm delivery date at the point of quoting, not a status update after it has slipped. If something changes, you hear it from us first.
Design stays with the designer
We optimise how reinforcement is scheduled, lapped and fixed. Anything affecting structural capacity goes back to the engineer of record as a proposal, never as a change we make.
